Product Marketing Manager
Tiff’s Treats is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with 7 years of proven success in overseeing the end-to-end e-commerce journey to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the conversion flow, implementing effective e-commerce marketing strategies, creating compelling landing pages, managing SEO initiatives, curating website merchandising, and ensuring timely and impactful website updates.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Journey and Conversion Optimization: Lead the strategy for optimizing the customer journey to maximize conversion rates. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the purchase process and elevate the overall customer experience.
- E-commerce Marketing Strategy Development and Execution: Craft and execute robust e-commerce marketing strategies to boost traffic, engagement, and sales. Supervise the selection and integration of third-party solutions, such as Google Merchant Center, and adopt a data-driven approach to capture new customers while maintaining a strong relationship with existing ones.
- Landing Page Strategy and Oversight: Guide the design and development of engaging landing pages that complement marketing campaigns and promotions. Oversee A/B testing processes to refine landing page efficacy and conversion rates.
- SEO Management: Lead SEO initiatives to improve the visibility of our products and brand in search engine results. Stay on top of industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure the website remains search engine optimized.
- Product and Website Merchandising Management: Oversee the curation and management of product assortments in line with strategic marketing goals. Implement and evaluate merchandising strategies to feature key products and promotions effectively.
- Website Content Strategy and Management: Ensure the website is regularly updated with fresh, accurate, and brand-aligned content. Collaborate with IT and design teams for the timely implementation of new features and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in ecommerce product marketing with a focus on conversion optimization.
- Proven track record of successful e-commerce marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and experience implementing SEO strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
