Overview:The Digital Merchandising Enterprise Team with 7-Eleven specializes in developing cutting-edge enterprise merchandising software solutions tailored to meet the dynamic needs of our modern business. Our innovative platforms empower 7-Eleven to optimize its merchandising strategies, drive sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a crucial role in the development, enhancement, and execution of our enterprise merchandising software platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in product strategy, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive the success of our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market needs, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives and ensures the continuous improvement of our merchandising software platform.
  • Lead the development of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
  • Manage and groom the product backlog, prioritize decisions based on the value to be delivered.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and updates.
  • Gather and analyze market data, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences that meet customer expectations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise merchandising software, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams as needed.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success and impact of product initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in product management roles, preferably with a focus on enterprise software solutions and merchandising retail technology.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products or features from concept to delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Excellent follow-up skills. Ability to tackle issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • A desire to go deep on technical solutions and their impact on business requirements.
  • An aptitude for understanding technical concepts and simplifying them.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
