Hours: 8:15 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday In the office. No remote position.

Duties/Responsibilities:
● Schedule inbound appointments with customers via email or phone call.
● Work with the logistic agent to place the booking, track through the booking status, confirm the shipping documents.
● Issue the PO in the ERP system upon request.
● Upload the inbound photo as the daily base.
● Issue the weekly report to related departments.
● Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
● Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
● Serves as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and applicants.
● Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
● Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
● Maintains office supplies inventory.
● Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
● Must be able to pass a background, drug, and alcohol screen
Education and Experience:
● High school diploma or equivalent required.
● Customer service skills of at least 1 year in an office / warehouse setting.
● Administrative skills of at least 1 year in an office / warehouse setting.
Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
● Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs when required.
