We are hiring an administrative assistant for a large fabrication and service company here in Houston.

This position will be Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm with potential for OT hours and Saturday as needed

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Answer and forward calls
• Ensure induction paperwork (visitor sign-in, safety orientation, etc.) is properly filled out
• Timely and accurate upload of timecards / job expenses
• Assist with planning activities / arrangements including: travel / hotel; meeting or large-gathering snacks / meals; distribution of marketing materials; etc.
• Copy, scan, and file paperwork (electronically and hard-copy) as assigned
• Maintain proper inventory of office supplies and office consumable items
• Review vendor invoices
• Data entry
• Other assignments as assigned

Ideal candidates will have 6 months of experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
