The Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations including, Systems, Supply Chain, Procurement, Fulfillment, and logistics. They manage all systems (CRM, ERP) and processes that are used on a daily basis. The main duties of the Operations Manager is working with vendors, fulfillment facilities, 3rd party logistics, 3rd party software companies etc. They also collaborate with Sr. VP of Operations on the development of strategies to enhance the value and cost-effectiveness of all outcomes within the functional area of operation, and participates in overall decision making .

This role is located in our San Francisco HQ office and is expected to be in four days a week.

• Examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
• Analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all internal departments and external
• Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills
• Working knowledge and understanding of the principles and processes of SFDC and CRM
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
• Knowledge and understanding of integrated program planning, development, and administration within company goals and directive
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
• Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
• Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership in an area of expertise

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus

• 5 years senior leadership role in Operations
• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines
• Experience in supply chain
