- Receive incoming phone calls and route phone calls to sales reps
- Order entry, maintain customer orders and invoice customer orders
- Problem resolution including customer pricing and freight discrepancies
- Incorrect or lost shipments
- Work with sales reps as customer point person when they are not available
- Enter purchase orders with vendors
- Work with freight carriers for rates and freight issues
- Other general office duties
- Previous experience working in customer service
- Experience with order entry
- Excellent phone and computer skills
- Ability to multi task
- Familiarity with ERP software
