We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, and providing general support to customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude. Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
• Assist customers with product selection and ordering process.
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with customers.
• Provide feedback to management on customer service issues.
