CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE
We are working to exceed our customer's expectations by providing compelling service experiences. As a member of our Customer Experience Team you are the first person the customer speaks with and the last to ensure we fulfilled our promise to our customer. If they aren't calling us then we are calling them to ensure our service technicians have the right amount of jobs for the day. We also make sure the customer is thrilled with their experience with Leslie, and if they aren't, then you will be part of the team to make it right.
