Interact with customers daily to drive, develop, and expand our presence. Independently communicate product knowledge, order fulfillment, request for information, general inquiries, etc. Act as a liaison between customers, operations, and sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process quotes, orders, and RMAs in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Sales on inquiries which require involvement from both groups.
• Prioritize, respond to and flag incoming phone calls, e-mail messages and faxes.
• Maintain client relationships by providing exemplary customer experience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Attend product training sessions to support department and business goals.
• Support teamwork and communication within department and organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Skills/Experience:

Minimal Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of work quality.
• Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; professional and outgoing personality.

Preferred Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Pump, industrial hose, or filter experience.
• Customer service experience in the industrial equipment industry.
• P21 (Prophet/Epicor), and/or equivalent ERP system usage.
• 2 years customer service experience, working in a call center or professional office environment. 
• Willingness to take on new challenges and seek out opportunities to improve business operations.
