- Providing technical expertise and end-user support in the areas of Mac OS, Microsoft Windows platform (Windows 10), Microsoft Office 365, off-the-shelf applications, Remote Connectivity Platform, network/local HP & Canon printers via desk side, phone support or remote support.
- Candidate have to perform IT Support" or "IT Service Desk" or "Technical Support" or Troubleshooting or "Deskside Support" or "Desktop Support" or "Information Technology" or "Help Desk" or "IT Helpdesk" or "Field Service Technician" or DSS or "Tech* Support" or "Service Desk" or "End -user Support"..
- Providing desktop/laptop break/fix/maintenance support.
Must haves:
- Image a Machine (laptop / Desktop)
- Knowledge of SCCM
- DNS and DHCP
- Group Policy
- VIP Support/Executive support (Must have )
- Experience in configuring the new laptop/Desktop
Job Type: Contract
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Desktop Support: 3 years (Required)
- Team management: 2 years (Required)
- VIP Support/Executive support: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Omaha, NE (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Omaha, NE: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
