WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE CONSIDERED:
1-2 Years of Tech / Desktop / Break Fix / IT Help Desk Experience
Windows 10/11

• Troubleshooting skills and hands on technical support and BREAK / FIX Experience
• Ticketing Systems experience
• Mobile Device Management (iPhones)
• O365 (lower SKILL level needed)
• Customer Service - need to be personable and fit with the culture. The "Face of IT".
• Certifications are a PLUS! No college degree required .

PLUS'S

• ANY Networking Experience ( Experience with switches, routers, firewalls)
• Exposure to Intune, WSU (Windows Systems Update), and Avanti - USED to deploy packages OR a similar tool for deploying packages.
