Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, NO Sales or Cold Calling
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service within a manufacturing environment (phone, email, and forward facing), B2B customer service and order entry preferred
- Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette, written/ communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
