Complete Call Solutions is looking for Client Service Specialist to be part of our team. Ideal candidates thrive in a challenging but rewarding customer focused environment, are tech savvy and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills .

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming inquires through multiple channels including phone, email and chat.
  • Create tickets and document support in detail as described in training.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's policies.
  • Ensure customer inquiries and issues are fully answered and resolved.
  • Record customer information within our customer service database.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Share shift summaries and reports with respective Supervisors and Managers.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of information.

Required Education/Skills/Abilities:

  • Positive attitude
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
  • Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Professional demeanor with a good understanding of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Familiar with operating a computer
  • Fun upbeat personality.
  • Comfortable providing written communication and documentation to describe actions taken.
