Quality Transport Services (QTS) offers transportation solutions for individuals who are unable to travel independently. Our clientele includes people with disabilities, the elderly, those in the final stages of life, and individuals recuperating from hospital stays. Each day, including nights, weekends, and all holidays, our team members dedicate their time to ensuring our customers’ needs are met with respect and compassion and that they are transported safely.
As a Customer Service Representative with QTS, you will answer phone calls from clients, customers, as well as our drivers, and will give each of them your focused attention. You will work extensively in MediRoutes, our routing software, and must be moderately computer savvy and accustomed to responding to email inquiries as well. Being organized, articulate, flexible with your scheduling needs, and able to transition between tasks are essential attributes for your success in this position. While previous experience in a call center or transportation-related field is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
At QTS, teamwork and flexibility are paramount. Because we work so closely with each other, we understand the importance of positive energy and enjoying our time at work! We must be able to rely on and support each other. Given that we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all holidays, a degree of flexibility is necessary for all of us. On our best days, the phones are ringing, our drivers’ routes are on time, clients and customers are pleased with the services provided, and we meet or even exceed our revenue goals.
