Customer Service Representative

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative? Are you looking for work in the Louisville Area? Qualified Staffing has a Commercial Vehicle Manufacturing company hiring for a Customer Service Representative.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Overtime will be offered based on needs

General Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be successful by responding to incoming customer phone calls, emails, and processing orders in a timely manner, along with providing parts research for customer calls.

This position reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to incoming customer calls.
• Process customer order request accurately, timely and professionally.
• Assist customers with determining product routing that meets their delivery needs.
• Respond timely to all customer phone calls and emails.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service or call experience required.
• Data entry and accuracy essential.
• Superior customer service, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
• Must present a professional image to the customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills required.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
