Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities - include but are not limited to the following:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assisting customers with product and service questions
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in multiple SAP and CRM systems.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements:

• Associates degree preferred but will consider High school diploma or equivalent with experience.
• Previous customer service experience preferred with order entry and SAP use.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
