The Role:

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to complete the administrative duties for the HR Team. The ideal candidate will need strong interpersonal communication skills, have exceptionally organizational and time management skills, and be able to multitask and adapt when necessary.

Location: Chicago, IL

Reports to: Human Resources Manager

What you'll do:

• Process I9s for the Home Office.
• Process associate status changes, term paperwork, and promotions.
• Possess strong people skills, including the ability to work exceptionally well with executives, staff, external associates at all levels, and as part of a larger departmental team.
• Demonstrate problem solving experience in a process orientated role.
• Applies critical thinking to understanding and resolving issues.
• Maintain all HR administrative functions.
• Support VP and HR Managers in all HR Functions.
• Conduct and participate in routine data integrity audit processes.
• Answer routine policy and procedure questions.

Who you are:

• Minimum 1 years' experience as a HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
• HR Certification is a plus.

Key Skills/Competencies:

• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
• Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle data confidentiality.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Monday.
