Compensation:  $50,000 - $55,000

Reports To: Regional Marketing Manager

Title: Field Marketing Manager

Objective: To find a candidate brimming with creative energy, passionate about community engagement, and dedicated to amplifying brand presence and forging connections at various city events.

Job PurposeAs the Field Marketing Manager for Puttery, your mission is to bridge the gap between our corporate marketing strategies and the local community, ensuring that Puttery becomes the premier destination for entertainment seekers. You'll be the architect of localized marketing initiatives, infusing them with creativity and authenticity to resonate with our diverse audience. By forging strategic partnerships, amplifying brand visibility, and championing our culture of innovation and fun, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable experiences and establishing Puttery as the go-to destination for players and spectators alike.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Marketing team to breathe life into local campaigns, programs, and events, infusing them with a distinctive local flavor.
  • Act as a key liaison with venue management to seamlessly execute integrated campaigns, programs, and events.
  • Utilize your market expertise to pinpoint the whereabouts of your core audience, identify key influencers, and forge strategic partnerships with relevant social groups.
  • Secure and manage strategic local partnerships, sponsorships, community events, and donations to bolster local brand visibility, achieve monthly street team objectives, and amplify marketing events and promotions.
  • Oversee day-to-day programming and street team activations, including managing the local field marketing calendar, crafting local social content, and fulfilling local donation requests.
  • Monitor and communicate the results of all marketing efforts to inform future activations effectively.
  • Ensure all onsite materials adhere to brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communications Manager to leverage media, influencer, and blogger opportunities.
  • Lead the local brand ambassador team in executing activations at venue and field events or initiatives.
  • Provide and incorporate feedback on local events, programs, and campaigns to ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold best-in-class standards.
  • Act as the onsite brand guardian and culture champion, advocating for and promoting Puttery's programs to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and fun.
  • Assist with other marketing and communications initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of marketing or field marketing experience.
  • Previous experience with street teams or brand ambassador programs is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
  • Background in entertainment or sports is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and internet usage.

Working Conditions

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required for tasks such as campaign planning, data analysis, and communication.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, often for hours at a time, assisting with venue on-site projects.
  • Weekend work is common, as events and activations frequently occur during peak leisure times.
  • Travel may be required, often independently, to attend special events and support major initiatives.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance, particularly when setting up tents and campaigns at sports or community events to enhance customer engagement.
