With the IPO in our rear-view mirror, we are focusing on growth and will be hiring extensively in West Palm Beach and across the country. We need administrative help to make sure that the culture scales as our numbers increase. We'll be working on employee-centric programs, career development projects, cultural enhancements, and other things to make the company even more unforgettable!
We are a startup and there are scores of things to do, multi-tasking, versatility and working with a sense of urgency are a must! Be sure to read this posting in detail because we will ask you for specific examples of your experience in these areas. We need a ray of sunshine that is motivated, detail-oriented and loves to accomplish tasks to the fullest. At least 2 years of experience in administrative tasks would be ideal. The HR Associate will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate must be able to work out of our Headquarters in West Palm Beach 3 days a week.
