Job Description
In this role you will:
  • Serve as an effective partner to assigned client groups by utilizing good judgment, discretion, confidentiality and professionalism with minimal guidance
  • Independently work with business leaders to assess talent, proactively makes recommendations on talent acquisition needs and promotion readiness
  • Take an active role in the performance management process, compensation cycle, and talent review to ensure employees receive timely, objective and actionable feedback
  • Support onboarding and off-boarding, conduct exit interviews; provide feedback to stakeholders on key themes while maintaining the confidentiality of individuals
  • Oversee employee life cycle changes and process, including job changes, salary changes, supervisor changes, terminations, etc. for supported client groups
  • Build strong relationships with Resource Management and Talent Acquisition Team for assigned client groups driving business solutions
  • Work with leadership to develop human resources policies and procedures that are consistent with the company strategies/systems and state/federal employment law
  • Serve as an internal Leave of Absence manager for client groups; Liaise with Benefits and escalating queries as necessary
  • Pull and analyze talent data in partnership with Senior Talent Lead
  • Support initiatives as needed for full agency (Comp Cycle, Performance Management, Compliance)
  • Develop strong relationships with business leaders and is viewed as a credible, valued business Talent advisor and problem solver (at all levels)
  • Understand the business challenges within and across client groups supported
  • Influence organizational changes and contributes to business planning for groups supported
  • Handle complex, potentially political ER issues with sensitivity and conduct investigations as necessary, recommending appropriate actions
  • Undertake benchmarking to determine best practices and solutions
  • Develop, lead and execute complex enterprise Talent projects to introduce new programs, processes or best practices not limited to Learning & Development, Talent Engagement & Inclusion and Culture

Qualifications

Functional Knowledge and Skills

  • Possess exceptional analytical, decision-making, leadership organizational, project management, and written and verbal communications skills around operational leadership and strategy
  • Possesses exceptional working knowledge and skills in the areas of Talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition and compliance
  • Ability to influence others and client partners
  • Ability to delegate and provide feedback
  • Ability to escalate to leadership, legal, etc. when appropriate
  • Demonstrate curiosity and strives for own personal process development

Compensation Range: $58,500 - $92,000 USD annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
