The Associate Manager Talent Acquisition will provide support to the Talent Acquisition team at Moet Hennessy USA , with a focus on collaborating with all functions of HR, including ID&E, to help build the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the company.

They will be

  • Responsible for managing a number of talent projects for MH USA and building relationships and trust both internally and externally with the community and candidates
  • Assist with all aspects of the Diversity internship program and Management Trainee Program, including strategy, recruitment efforts, diversity partnerships, events etc.
  • Build recruitment campaigns for internal and external portals
  • Own a minimal requisition load
  • Assist with candidate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to pull accurate data to report on pipelines and other talent acquisition metrics.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to ensure process changes and best practices are implemented to create efficiencies in the process.
  • Support logistics for events including event planning, scheduling candidates, confirming attendance, etc.
  • Attends events as needed (i.e. Seasonal job fairs, events at Stores, campus recruitment)
  • Acknowledges resumes for events and puts in ATS or LinkedIn for sourcing team.
  • Provide consistent and timely follow up with outside vendors and agencies as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Provide team documentation and support for department program development and team deliverables/calendars
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to the Talent Acquisition team, sharing knowledge with new and fellow team members.
  • Flexible to cover gaps in the team and take on scheduling during period of high volume or team member absences.
  • Demonstrate a track record of driving process improvements and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.

Profile


Education : Undergraduate Degree

Languages : English

Professional experience & know how:

  • 3-5 years Talent Acquisition/ Human Resources experience.
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, SharePoint, and HR systems, i.e. iCIMs and PeopleSoft
  • Ability to understand and provide basic information regarding HR policies, programs and services
  • Demonstrated ability to create spreadsheets (Excel) and PowerPoint presentations
