The Specialist, Distributor Partnerships - SGWS - Central supports the Distributor Partnerships team to provide administrative and tactical assistance with the coordination, implementation and follow-up related to state-specific marketing programs and projects. This role works closely with distributor sales and merchandising teams to assist in prioritizing all tasks associated with executing regional trade marketing program implementation. This role will also assist with Distributor meeting preparation and execution, agency interaction and POSM management.

Key Accountabilities

  • Organize market coordination regarding report and feedback consolidation, meetings, and logistics
  • Ensure accurate and timely placement of all POSM and VAP orders for assigned brands within the region. Track orders and ensure fulfillment, in partnership with distributors and regional sales teams.
  • Prepare presentations, quarterly programming decks, recaps, and other brand / market specific reports and presentations to communicate a variety of data and analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and assist Distributor Partnership Team with any internal or external meetings within market, include VIP visitors
  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating, revising, and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs, and perform other functions and duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Professional Experience

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and strong experience with PowerPoint
  • Interpersonal relationship skills
