We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will be providing administration and oversight to our recruitment endeavors. This Manager will act as the first point of contact for all employment inquiries and lead our onsite and offsite recruitment events. You will be hiring leaders for our support center as well as managers and team members for our locations, so need prior experience in doing so. You are our ambassador, so a big personality and high energy are natural prerequisites. This is an on-site role and not remote.

Talent Acquisition Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Formal HR certification preferred.
• Has to have 3 years of prior experience in interviewing and hiring managers – NOT just team members
• Previous experience working with a restaurant, full service hotel, or hospitality firm is absolutely required

Talent Acquisition Manager Requirements:

• Extremely detail-oriented in order to actively manage and facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Needs someone who is tech-savvy and can work with HR people management platforms such as Hari and Paylocity.
• High level of integrity and maintaining absolute confidentiality
