While helping clients make meaningful moves is what we do best, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help candidates make meaningful moves in their careers. This individual should have a firm understanding of recruiting processes and a track record of delivering quality candidates in fast-paced industries.

  • Supporting our Field team’s staffing requirements is your day-to-day business. You know where to find, attract, and hire the best talent and you want them to work on your team.

  • You love recruitment. Love is deep. That said, we’re going to save you all the TA jargon & recruitment description because if you genuinely love it, you already get it. If you get it, that gets us excited!
  • People matter to you. You’ll be an important part of a dynamic team of talented recruiters and will collaborate closely with the client team every single day. Relationship building is extremely important and something you excel at.

What you have:

  • You have 1-3 years of recruiting experience in high-volume Recruitment or Field Management
  • You have experience collaborating with an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS preferred)
  • Comfortable speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • You know where to find the best field talent and how to demonstrate to them why they should work with you.
  • You’ve got a serious drive to get things done. You don’t need to have worked in recruitment before, but you will need to have a desire to get the job done and the curiosity to learn
  • Communication will be the key to your success, you’re comfortable delivering a message both in writing and in person.
  • You have no issues learning about new software and new ways of working. You’re curious and want to be an expert. You love to learn.
  • The whole MS office thing, you’re 100% proficient.
  • You’re organized in everything you do. You’ll always have a ton of information at your fingertips, and you need to know how to distill that information into a format that makes sense.
  • You work exceptionally well in teams but are more than capable of operating independently.
  • You’re fun but professional. This role will require you to work with all levels of staff and all types of personalities on our team.

We offer a competitive salary (50-60k) and benefits to include over 3 weeks of paid time off plus 5 floating holidays to use at your leisure, paid company holidays, 401(k) company matching, health, dental, vision coverages, the ability to work remotely, and a very fun culture and team!
