Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Partner!

Remedi SeniorCare is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our recruiting team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support the pharmacy locations with sourcing and recruiting top talent in a high-volume recruitment environment.

What you will do:

  • Work with pharmacy site HR Business Partners (HRBP) and hiring managers in the coordination of talent acquisition for both external and internal pharmacy operations staff.
  • Manage the recruitment process and life cycle for pharmacy roles, including initial talent identification, assessments, and interviewing. Support offer process as needed.
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers and pharmacy leadership.
  • Execute a recruitment strategy that includes job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current openings within the organization.
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  • Provide candidates with details about corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HRBPs with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive analysis and research for talent development or retention.
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Coordinate and attend employment events such as career fairs, job fairs, etc.
  • Develop college and technical school recruiting programs.
  • Track and report on job requisitions and fill time statistics

What you will bring:

  • High School Diploma is required. Bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare, Business, or related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with agency or in-house recruiting.
  • High Volume Recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Jobvite and ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing, identifying, interviewing, negotiating, and hiring talent.
  • Strong behavior-based interviewing skills.
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, presentation skills, and a strong customer service focus.
  • Must be willing to travel overnight at least once per quarter.
