Position Overview
Vantage is seeking a high-potential, meticulous, hands-on, flexible Recruiter to be an efficient driver for full lifecycle recruiting. This individual will focus on the interview process intentionally seeking a diversity of candidates. This individual will use our values and strive for greatness to guide and develop the next generation of employees to empower Vantage Data Centers to continue to succeed in achieving its mission and vision. This individual may be asked to assist the Global HR team with additional projects.
Essential Job Functions
Support recruiting efforts and create a lasting and impactful candidate experience; ensure efficient program flow with our internal business partners, while focusing on consistency
Support the management of end-to-end talent acquisition practices including but not limited to sourcing, recruiting, diversity & inclusion, recruitment operations
Work in partnership with a variety of partners from Design & Engineering, Construction, Software Engineering, IT, Finance, Site Operations, Business Operations, Reliability Engineering, Learning & Development, and Human Resources
Develop relationships with internal partners to better understand the business and needs of each department
If deemed necessary to work with third party vendors, work directly with them on specialty roles, ensuring weekly reports from each vendor to keep managers on track
Duties
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and drive compensation discussions
Post enhanced and inclusive job descriptions by using our technology stack across various job boards
Guide managers on proper recruitment process and guide them when necessary
Communicate and provide regular feedback to candidates during the recruitment process to create positive candidate experiences
Meet regularly with hiring managers and department leaders you directly support
Apply data analysis and insights to make informed decisions and recommendations
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future positions
Establish rapport and be a trusted talent advisor to business partners
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruiting required
Minimum 1 year of experience Sourcing preferred
Large and medium sized tech company experience preferred
Data Center experience a plus, but not required
Solid knowledge of Applicant Tracking System(s)
Experience with full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, recruiting, scheduling and interviewing in-house
Diversity hiring experience a plus
A great teammate who can influence and develop effective partnerships with a variety of team members at all levels
Additional Details:
Salary Range: $80,000 - 100,000 Base Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
