Prosper Communities, a division of Prosper Capital is a Real Estate Investment Fund that manages our owned properties throughout the Cincinnati tri-state, we are actively looking for an experienced Regional Community Manager
We are seeking a highly qualified Regional Community Manager to manage our Property Management division and oversee our day-to-day operations. You'll be the single contact supporting our back-office and field operations.
This individual will be a bright and dynamic leader with hands-on experience and the demonstrated ability to successfully manage staff and oversee day-to-day operations.
A day for you would include morning business reviews, team leadership meetings, going onsite to each facility to address and complete. You will review escalated requests for residents.
The ideal candidate will have the aptitude to undertake multiple administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc. The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the residence living area.
