Summary
This position is an integral role as a Smart Arches Dental Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler for our Jacksonville, Florida location.
Our patients have life-changing procedures with full-arch and full-mouth implants. Exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority. When they make the decision to entrust us with their care, you play an integral role from start to finish. We are looking for someone passionate about making a real difference and invite you to speak with us about the opportunity.
An ideal candidate for this administrative position would have at least two years of healthcare (medical or dental) scheduling experience and must LOVE delivering high level of customer service. Experience in a high-volume surgical practice is preferred but not required. Technical skills can be taught- so we look for a person with high moral integrity, dependability, a hard-working mentality, someone who pays attention to detail, and a happy and fun spirit.
Responsibilities:
The biggest challenge of this role is that there are many moving parts in a full arch dental practice, and you will be the last touch point to ensure that all tasks have been completed and/or that any issues that arise are communicated to office manager in a timely manner. Routine and consistency are vital in this role while also being able to adjust when the need arises. Ensuring our patient has the best experience is our number one priority and this role is an integral part of that outcome. Our team members are as diverse as the patients we serve. Monday-Friday 8-5 (35-40 hours a week)
Hourly wage is based on experience. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
