Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Your role will involve handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Respond to guest complaints or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is an asset
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
