We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering inquiries, providing information about the hotel and its services, and handling check-ins and check-outs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and an ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide information about the hotel, its services, and amenities.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Starting pay $15.50 and up.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
