The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting studio offerings, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide information about fitness classes, memberships, and studio promotions

- Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner

- Process payments and schedule appointments accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and studio

- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase studio visibility

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and welcoming studio environment

Qualifications:

- Previous prove sales experience or strong interest in sales preferred

- Passion for fitness and wellness

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using technology for scheduling and payments

- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
