Full Time

Propel is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team full-time. As an SDR, you will be a key player in our sales efforts, responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that align with Propel's offerings.

The ideal candidate for this role is highly motivated, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Qualify inbound leads to determine their potential as customers
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to help improve lead generation efforts
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
