Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services
- Identify and qualify leads through cold, warm and hot calling as well as market research
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting new accounts
- Negotiate and close appointments to drive traffic to the sales floor
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients

Experience:
- Proven experience in technology sales or software industry preferred
- Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on customer service
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to negotiate and close sales appointments effectively
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding production percentages
