Job Details:
- Agency Hours of Operation: Shift and hours will vary depending
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Area Action Planning
- Weekly Monday morning sales meetings
- Participate in twice weekly conference calls
- Performance Evaluations
- Disciplinary Actions as needed
- Conduct sales contest as deemed necessary
- Have constant knowledge of current sales status.
- Ensure that opening & closings are being reported on a timely manner
- Works closely with agency managers with marketing.
- Work closely with agency managers with weekly & monthly planning for the agency.
- Assist with training with Agency Managers/Sales Agents i.e. customer service, sales skills, vendor relations, etc.
- Provide feedback on agency sales strategies & following of company procedures.
- Maintain constant communication with Sales Agency Managers & other District Managers
- Daily interaction/feedback to Operations Manager regarding status any particular agency
- Contribute to Agency Growth, Agency Management, Sales Manager guidance & Area relationships
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Must have sales management experience, district-level management experience preferred.
- Should have insurance industry experience, insurance license a plus.
- Ability to read financial statements such as P&L statements, sales projections, indicator reports, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 per year
