**Job description**

We at **PRONOVIAS GROUP**, Global leader in the Bridal industry, are currently looking for a professional and talented **Customer Service Specialist** to join our Wholesale Customer Management Team in our **North America HUB, in NYC.**

**About the role:**

* Act as the company liaison for the customer base, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty by responding promptly to customer inquiries and effectively resolving their problems and concerns.

* Answer a heavy volume call center

* Process customer orders/exchanges/returns/reimbursements/cancellations according to established department policies and procedures

* Provide customers with timely and accurate information via phone and email regarding order status and product knowledge inquiries

* Book and manage trunk show and loaner programs

* Work closely with Logistics, Accounting and Sales Departments for shipping, payments and service solutions

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's Degree Business Administration (or related field);

* At least 1-3 years of work experience in B2B Customer Service within the fashion industry;

* Strong client-facing and communication skills;

* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package;

* Team player; enthusiastic, accurate and commercially oriented;

* Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude towards work;

* Ability to think strategically;

* Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;

* Customer service orientation and passion for the Bridal Industry.
