Our client is a Southern California-based company and specializes in restoring primarily residential properties after fires.

Location : Orange County, California- 100% Remote Role

Job Description :

As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting sites of fire losses as soon as possible after the event.

The environment can be emotional, traumatic, and chaotic. The successful candidate will need to have a high degree of empathy and ability to engender trust, while also staying focused on Business objectives and staying calm and professional.

Responsibilities :

100% emphasis on qualifying sales leads, closing new business opportunities, and building relationships

Knowledge of assigned territory matched with the experience needed to express empathy for customers.

Manage the sales administration functions in the role that include opportunities and tracking of work performed using internal systems.

Properly utilize internal systems by documenting all calls, meetings, and emails, and handling all tasks

Compensation & Benefits :

no cap on commission with a lot of growth opportunity

1st year OTE $90k $110k
