Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in the Greater Syracuse-Auburn Area. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent phone and email etiquette. They will be responsible for delivering a superior customer service experience and managing customer inquiries and issues.
