Primary PartnerCare is a management service organization that manages Long Island's only primary care medical group with 20 locations. As a rapidly growing organization, we have created a new position of Human Resources Assistant
As our organization grows and scales, we are looking for a human resources professional to support the Human Resources function for our "dream-big" company. The ideal candidate is a positive spirit, highly orgranized, detail-oriented with good technology skills to support the HR department in various administrative tasks and assist in maintaining employee records and HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist in benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Support HR projects such as training development and organization design initiatives
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Experience
- Bachelors Degree or previous experience in HR or related field preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and/or ATS to track the recruitment and onboarding process (or similar software experience such as a CRM app)
-Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentialities of employee matters and sensitive data and information
- Experience with the public and being "the face" of a company or department where a variety of questions and information had to be vetted, triaged to the right person and followed up for conclusion
