Primary PartnerCare Physicians, a primary care group of over 40 primary care providers and growing, has an opening for a seasoned Office Manager (Nassau County location). You will oversee the staff and all the administrative responsibilities of the care center, including the excitement of adding a new physician and expanding the practice site.
We are seeking an energetic, tech savvy professional who will take the lead on all practice management activities such as best workflows, resolving billing issues, authorizations, chart prep, setting up new services, ordering vaccines and supplies, making sure that our patients receive all the preventive care visits they are entitled to and appropriate follow-up visits, and overall provide best of class patient-relations. In addition to these responsibilities, you will oversee quality reporting and other ACO and value-based initiatives. You will supervise all non-clinical staff such as front desk and medical assistants. We are looking for a career-oriented professional that wants to grow with our new large primary care group!
