Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions. - Provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee training and development initiatives.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS system.
- Assist with workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Bernie Portal, UltiPro, Oracle, or Dayforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
