Ideally, you will have had 5 years of experience in a Service Desk environment and are confident liaising and working with key stakeholders and upper management.
The role is for a global organization so strong customer experience is a must.
Responsibilities :
- Follow standard ticket procedures.
- Provide routine software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Work on complex issues where analysis of situations is required.
- Assisting team members in various activities.
Skills :
- Strong experience with both Windows & MAC.
- Experience with troubleshooting.
- Able to communicate effectively.
