Premier Dental Partners is seeking an Front Office Dental Receptionist to join our patient-focused team and provide top-notch care to our patients and the community! We are looking for the perfect person to provide a spectacular “first impression” of our office and make a meaningful connection with our patients to ensure they have the best possible experience from the start
Full-time hours with a 4 day work week! No late evenings or weekends!
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones, patient communication, scheduling appointments, patient records.
- Communication with insurance companies
- Collecting payments from patients
- Treatment Planning & Financial Arrangements with patients
Job Requirements:
- Prior Dental Front Office Experience Required
- Dentrix Experience Preferred
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Friendly, positive demeanor with patients and team members
Location: 22 North Euclid Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri 63108
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
