We are looking for a high energy, positive individual with good interpersonal skills to assist in the daily operations of a finance company. Computer skills are required and a general knowledge of insurance and banking are helpful. Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare daily mail
• Manage incoming calls
• Create a positive customer experience
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
• Take payments, activate accounts, verify documents
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Keep records of customer interactions
