Blu Technology LLC is looking for an Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers across all e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative will:

• Handle customer inquiries and issues via inbound calls, emails, live chat, and social media networks with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring that our customers receive prompt support.
• Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other teams to share customer feedback, enable the development of strategies to improve product and service offerings.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions with them.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring that issues related to customer service are addressed efficiently.
• Ensure the accurate content and functioning of the online store, keep the store updated with new launches, updates, and product information.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to manage warranty returns, shipping claims, and charge backs.

Requirements:

• Ability to work full-time on-site at our HQ in Kalamazoo, MI.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
