Why we're looking for you
With enormous growth and sales consistently beating quotas, we need our first Technical Account Manager to help complete grow relationships and complete product installations for all of our new customers. Our sales account executives, software engineers and product designers have been leading these efforts, but we require dedicated specialists focused on deploying products/services using our internal tools.
Our internal tools will allow both technical and non-technical candidates to deploy our product so you don't need to be a software engineer to be successful in this role but we are looking for individuals who are fast learners and want to impress customers by going the extra mile with all of our deployments.
What you'll do
No two days will be the same. You'll work on project teams, directly engage with financial institutions to understand needs, answer questions, and ensure successful rollouts. As an early member, you'll also help build processes to make our implementation team even more successful.

You'll work hand-in-hand with our Sales Account Executives, Project Managers and Engineers across departments with teammates who are customer-focused and love collaborating to shape the future of banking. If you share our passion for innovation through technology, we can't wait to hear from you!
