Kastle is seeking a Technical Director of Account Management who will be the single point of contact and relationship owner for our largest customers in New York City, ensuring complex technical solutions are delivered, issues are resolved in timely manner, SLAs are met and all stakeholders at the client level are delighted with their customer experience. The Director will be responsible for implementing scale processes and strong communication protocols to automate relationship management. They will build networks with internal corporate teams (Chief Technology Officer, Chief Product Officer, Client Success Team, etc.) and local teams (Project Managers, Client Success Reps, Installation and Service Managers, Technical SMEs, etc) to identify and bring together the right teams to solve problems and bring solutions to clients. Initially manages one direct report.

Responsibilities:
  • Own change management for clients/customers as single point of contact for all projects, implementations, execution of services and issue resolution.
  • Advise customers on strategy, services and design roadmaps for rapid delivery of solutions at scale to improve business outcomes.
  • Manage cross functional teams in a matrixed environment and partner with internal teams to bring solutions to our customers.
  • Consult organizations with large-scale transformations and implementations including the design and delivery of solutions in functional and complex technical settings.
  • Guide the customer journey by partnering with Kastle product management, client success and installation teams as well as project managers and IT solution teams.
Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years experience working in a technical solution selling company (selling to enterprise fortune 500 clients) that offers professional services.
  • Client facing role; must have exemplary communication, presentation, negotiating and problem solving skills
  • Implemented change management process for customers as part of technology solution delivery and support
  • Strong technical background; understanding of engineering concepts.
  • Adept problem solver and strong execution skills.
  • Project Management skills/experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in a business development role is preferred.
  • Ability to travel into NYC office 2-4 days a week and visit clients in NYC area.
  • Experience managing teams both direct and indirect and owning teams’ performance management.
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to operate at scale.

  • Must be able to meet and maintain various certifications, licenses and/or registrations, in accordance with applicable state laws and as required by the electronic security regulations in the state (s) worked.
  • Must be willing to participate in and pass the company’s pre-employment screening process including a background investigation and drug screening.
  • Must continue to maintain a safe driving record and valid driver’s license to fulfill the travel requirements of this position.
