PPEP is Hiring a Help Desk Technician II Near Tucson, AZ

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our information technology team as a Help Desk Technician Level 2. In this role, you will support the technological needs of our non-profit organization. By providing intermediate technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with other IT staff, the Level 2 Help Desk Technician ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure, supporting our mission to improving the quality of rural life. If you have a passion for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a desire to kick-start your career in IT, we want to hear from you!
