We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our information technology team as a Help Desk Technician Level 2. In this role, you will support the technological needs of our non-profit organization. By providing intermediate technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with other IT staff, the Level 2 Help Desk Technician ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure, supporting our mission to improving the quality of rural life.
