Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the company's customer base, negotiating contracts, managing projects, and real estate transactions.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Lead negotiations with potential clients to close deals and secure new business partnerships
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software, such as Lead Simple, to track progress and analyze data for informed decision-making
Experience:
- Existing broker license (PMI will assist in completing the course)
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
- Proficiency in using CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of investment properties vs personal real estate
