As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our fix & flip company in various administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing paperwork, organizing files, handling bookkeeping duties, running errands, coordinating travel arrangements, managing emails and phone calls, overseeing transaction coordination, maintaining calendars, managing data, and assisting in small-scale hiring processes.

$15 - $16 hourly

• Answer phone calls and emails and relay important messages to increase our productivity
• Pick up deliveries and run errands as needed
• Complete any other necessary tasks as assigned
• Maintain filing systems for administrative tasks
• Schedule travel and arranging for accommodations, flights, and transportation

• Manage transaction coordination for our real estate company

• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office
• Superb time management skills and communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative assistant or a related job with administrative tasks
