Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily activities. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by promoting their independence and well-being.

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as necessary
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Engage in meaningful activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes or facilities
- Ability to pass a background check
